Smith & Wesson M&P 22 Magnum

Smith & Wesson just added a new offering to the M&P line and it’s chambered in 22 Magnum. This is the second offering to use the Tempo system, (the first being the M&P 5.7×28) that gives the already tame 22 Magnum even less recoil. Let’s get the quick facts & specs out the way.

  • 30 rounds capacity (2x mags included)
  • Tempo Barrel system
  • Optics ready
  • Black rear sights & green fiber optic front
  • 7” sight radius
  • Ambidextrous controls
  • Flat trigger
  • 4.35” Barrel (1:10 twist rate)
  • Width: 1.13”
  • Height: 5.9”
  • Length: 8.4”

PSA has them listed for $599 Here as well as Brownells Here

That’s right, 30 rounds of 22 magnum. What’s it like to shoot? To put it immaturely, fun! Something about a pistol that’s this lightweight, has toy-like recoil, but with the report of a magnum round going off just makes you want to keep shooting. And keep shooting you can with 60 rounds loaded between the 2 mags it comes with. Check one out for yourself by Clicking Here
